Introduction:

Welcome to No More Networking! When you buy a ticket for any of our events, like Founders Table, Founders Academy, Founders Immersion, or Founders Weekend, or create an account on our website, you’re agreeing to these terms.
They’re important, so please read them carefully.

We’re all about organizing cool events for founders, such as Founders Table.

1. Content:

  • You’re welcome to tweet, blog, and share photos and videos from our events. Just remember not to use any of the event materials for commercial purposes or in a way that could violate the rights of others or harm the reputation of us, our partners, or our speakers.
  • The views and information shared by our speakers, experts, and other participants may not always align with our own opinions. Since much of this content originates from external sources, we cannot assure its complete accuracy.
  • We can change or remove online content anytime.

2. Marketing:

  • When you purchase a ticket or attend our events, you give us permission to publicly mention our business relationship with you and your company, for example on social media.
  • You grant us the right to use any photography, video, or screen capture from the event which may capture your (moving) image and voice, for the future marketing of events.

3. Tickets:

  • Ticket prices are listed on our site.
  • You need to assign each ticket to a person with complete details such as name, email address, and business name.
  • If you (repeatedly) don’t show for events or cancel last-minute, we may temporarily prohibit you from buying tickets to and participating in future events.
  • All sales are final: tickets are non-refundable.
  • Sometimes we might offer free or discounted tickets close to the event date. If you’ve already bought a ticket, you can’t get a refund in this case.
  • Multi-day event tickets can’t be shared among attendees.
  • We have the authority to deny or cancel entry to any event or conference if someone breaks these Terms and Conditions or doesn’t follow our Code of Conduct. If we have to turn someone away or cancel their entry because they’ve violated these rules, they won’t get a refund for their ticket.

4. Event changes:

  • In the unlikely circumstances that we cancel a conference or event, our liability is limited to the share of paid registration fees that remains after credit card and payment processing fees have been incurred and deducted.
  • In the case that we cancel an event or conference, we will offer the purchaser a refund of the purchase price paid, minus any processing fees.
  • If an event is postponed, we’ll let you know the new details.
  • We are not responsible for losses due to event changes like substitutions, cancellations, or postponements.
  • In the unlikely circumstances that we cancel a conference or event, our responsibility is limited to the ticket fee.
  • If an event is canceled, rescheduled, or postponed because of situations out of our control, like war, fire, strikes, severe weather, pandemics, terrorist threats, or other emergencies, we shall not assume liability.
  • Even though we confirm the event’s format, speakers, and topics when we first announce them, sometimes unforeseen circumstances may force us to make changes or even cancel. We have the right to change or adjust the event details, like the format, speakers, location, and subjects, whenever needed, and we’re not liable for these changes. We’ll update our website with any new information as soon as we can.
